With over a year of hands-on experience as an IT Support Officer at the Ministry of Finance, I have developed a robust skill set in networking, server configurations, domain and DNS management, network security, troubleshooting, computer repairs, backups, and restore procedures.Currently, I am pursuing my IT degree at Horizon Campus, where I am expanding my expertise into the realm of software engineering. My academic journey is equipping me with advanced skills in database management, programming languages, and enhanced networking knowledge.
